How does Warfarer vocation works?
I mean for the other vocation, does it distribute EXP equally to all? or it only gives vocation exp to the current selected weapon that it used to kill enemies?

It doesn't seem like it distributes EXP equally between all the classes, but randomly. I'm currently using the Magic Spearhand weapon (Maxed), and by the time Warfarer hit Rank 4 I've gotten 1 level in Archer & Warrior (Both were originally Rank 1).

[Edit] I'm honestly not too sure anymore about how the EXP distribution is. I just fought a griffin and it leveled my Mage, Thief, & Sorcerer (All 3 were originally Rank 1.

I'm playing it right now to test it out. I only have 2 weapon slots filled, Daggers and Magick Bow.

Leveled up Warfarer like 4 times, then got swarmed with notifications when all the vocations I haven't touched but have unlocked all leveled up to level 2 at once together.

To be specific, that was: Thief, Mage, Sorcerer, Archer, Magick Archer and Trickster. All from level 1 to 2 at once.

So, it distributes XP to every vocation you have unlocked and levels them up equally.

Also, to be clear, when I say unlocked, I mean I spent the discipline points at the vocation guild to actually have it be equippable even if I haven't used it.

This makes sense now, I did play a bit of some of the other vocations so that might be why they leveled up differently even though they were both Rank 1.

I'm currently testing if Rearmament needs to be equipped for it to count. I don't think it does, but I want to know.

Can confirm, rearmament doesn't even need to be equipped. So, lets say you are playing exclusively Mystic Spearhand, and you don't care to play anything else, swap to Warfarer and just equip only mystic spearhand stuff. You just won't be able to use your maester skill, but you'll be getting discipline to level up Warfarer and every other class if you care to get everything to 10 but don't want to play them.

Sweeet! I can finally go and play my warrior without switching to any vocations! I'm after some augments from other vocations and the grind is taking time.. Praise be Warfarer!

Just keep in mind the discipline grind is going to be very long. It took levelign warfarer to inbetween level 4-5 to get level 2 on everything I had never touched.

I killed 1 goblin and gained 21 DCP and the other 7 classes gained 2 DCP so it looks like all other classes gain 10% of DCP when killing mobs, but I'm unsure if this changes depending on how many Vocations are being leveled at the same time.

Warfarer feels like the best exploration class since I can swap between Mage weapon for Levitate, Thief for the Dowsing daggers, & Magic Spearhand as my main damage + long distance clearer.

Note that it is not worth using Warfarer to level up Vocations that you need Skills from. If there is a skill you need, for instance Skullsplitter from Thief, it's MUCH faster to get it by farming DCP on Thief then it is to try to get it through Warfarer's shared DCP. Only use Warfarer's DCP share feature to level Vocations you hate using (for me this is Trickster and Mage).
