Weird performance trick...

If the game starts to lag, I just alt+tab and the lag stops. Went hours without any frame dips after it almost froze. Note that if it does slow down to slideshow amounts, I need to immediately alt+tab or it will crash. Might have something to do with exclusive full-screen.
i7-9750H with 1060Ti Mobile. Was streaming to Twitch with vseeface open. (Firefox will cause it to crash, though.)

Edit: 16GB RAM, 6GB VRAM, external USB hard drive.
