Then the blast through the game missing half of what's there and never touch it again. Then they'll turn to guides to find the secret stuff that they could have found by actually exploring.
Not saying that will happen. But instead of brute forcing the game to go your way, you could let the game show that it can be fun to play it as intended.
It's a singleplayer game
If a person buys it and plays it without weight mod, how does that change anything for you or your playthrough?
The more people who buy it, the faster capcom will release DLC or Dragon's Dogma 3, which would be a benefit to you too right?
Because the oxcart system is pretty big and really cheap.
I mean the game needs it, or alternatively give the player a mount. This isn't Death Stranding which has vehicles, automotive transport delivery, fast travel, roads that sustain stamina. Walking isn't that enjoyable if you have somewhere specific to go to, and the carts kinda blow unless your going to towns/cities specifically.
Does the game give a reason why you can't buy and ride horses?
A game is played in an intended way.
OR you simply wait for mods like in DD1.
And it changes alot because you as a player will have to make CHOICES on what you take with you.
Decissions like this subject of having one character was a thing in DD1 too.
Weight was a thing to be taken into account in DD1 too.
Use your pawns inventory to manage weight when travelling and use your inn's storages.
Thats just what DD's ivnentory system is. Its been the same since the original.
