DENUVO = BUY
Denuvo is great, it keeps games safe and safe from being P1RAT3D!!! No cheaters, no tampering allowed! The game is kept in a pure, safe state, perfect. Denuvo is like a Holy Guardian Angel! So what if it sometimes causes some 1-3 FPS dips, nonsense, that's something no one literally can notice.

We should want ALL games to have Denuvo! Not ask to be removed! Denuvo is Guardian Angel! I WILL ONLY BUY GAMES THAT HAVE DENUVO OR ANOTHER HARD-CORE DRM!

Sorry thieves!!!

Everyone please comment "+1" here and give each other awards to spread awareness why Denuvo is a good thing!

Right! So what we have to do is say things in every game forum, things like Denuvo is Ring 0 when it's just EXE encryption, and tell EVERYONE that Denuvo drops your FPS by 50%, even though that's clearly a lie, because we all support lying to promote piracy, and ignore real Ring 0 software like anti-cheat, because we hate cheaters.

We should also still be using Windows 7 on Intel 4 Core CPUs susceptible to Spectre and Meltdown, with 4GB of single channel DDR3 susceptible to Row Hammer exploits, and not realize that Steam itself stopped supporting Windows 7, and the exploit patches decrease performance by a huge margin, and blame ALL our personal outdated PC problems on Denuvo, instead of buying a last gen AM4 5800X3D for super cheap. Also, we must only use low end Nvidia cards because we love running out of VRAM in every single modern game, and complain that developers are not optimizing for our garbage planned obsolescence low VRAM cards that we bought for double the actual market value. But hey, DLSS fixes everything, including Denuvo, because it's magic that runs on the magic smoke that occasionally comes out of our 10 year old PSU. /typical Denuvo complainer.

I actually don't. I'm just HONEST ENOUGH to acknowledge that it is a very useful technology instead of be selfish and whine.

Pretty much. Denuvo never drops performance by 50%, not even by 10% or 5%.

Lie, there is no evidence of Denuvo "killing performance." At most it's micro stutters OR 1-3 FPS of difference. Neither of those constitute "killing performance."

Go on, refute my claims? You can't. You're just a blind follower of a bandwagon of disinformation and you hate the truth.

No no, there might be like one game that drops performance really bad, which was cherry picked by our favorite Youtube Denuvo hater, and the developer admitted they screwed it up, it's not a game anyone likes or plays and is like 10 years old, but we all have to pick this ONE example and pretend it applies to every single game using Denuvo. That's how it works.

We also have to ignore that our favorite Youtube Denuvo hater made videos on other DRM, and every single alternative is a billion times worse. So we need to DRIVE developers who refuse to drop DRM to use these worse alternatives because we collectively have a severe mental illness that can't accept reality, and the mere mention of the word Denuvo sends us all into a frothing fit spamming game forums with blatant lies, because we can't stand that developers have a legitimate reason to prevent day one piracy, and completely ignore that most developers drop Denuvo down the line, and even if they don't it's not the problem we pretend it is, and even has side benefits since preventing reverse engineering can also hinder some cheats, although that's not applied to unencrypted netcode.

We also have to blame every game bug on Denuvo, because all shader compilation issues are clearly Denuvo's fault, raytracing performance loss is Denuvo's fault, game bugs that cause crashes is Denuvo's fault, MTX, everything, etc.

I am just filled with joy and satisfaction and calm that someone else has also explored this well. You Sir are an intelligent person. ☺️ Sadly we are deluged with nonthinking plebs who just parrot low information nonsense...

I wish they would release Denuvo on Steam as a stand alone product.

Stopping piracy yes.

Denuvo has never stopped me from using a trainer in a single player game. Or modding or anything else like that
