Using potions
Has anyone figured this out yet? Honestly I try to use the salubrius ones I created and the USE is greyed out, very frustrating. Also are the golden beetles permanent?

On controller it's LB and up for me (like using the lantern.)

Yes the beetles are a permanent upgrade for both you and your pawn (both get the increase.)

minus grey health (replenished after resting at camp / inn )

Each time you take damage/die you take some "permanent" damage to maxhealth which you can't heal with items. You must camp or use inns to heal that.
