Tolled To Rest Quest

Hi, I came to last room with book and bell furniture. But before that I just hit top of the castle with and after i go back there is no Oskar its like vanished from the dg2 world. Is quest bugged or Oskar death somehow?

I can't find Oskar anywhere but I'll check one more time. Any suggest bois and ladies?

I went back to the valley of ruined castles where I had first found Oskar. Strangely, he waited there for me and gave me lore information like nothing happened. Approved :P

Had the quest bug on me, Clairvoyant says he's dead. Body is nowhere to be found, not in the morgue either. From what I can tell you SOL until another playthrough which sucks because it breaks a future quest for you.
