Medical Predicament & The Ornate Box

I have done the Medical Predicament, and Auriol has nothing more to say to me. Also, Sven just is not appearing at all for me near the stand. So, currently, I cannot progress the Ornate Box at all. Anyone else have this issue?

i have the same problem sven is not appearing in market did you help him when you saw him the first time when you came to the city?

Same issue here. I did not give him the money first since I do not have that much back then. (Just bought some weapons :( ). Then Sven is disappeared. Nowhere to find him. I think it might be a bug.

For me, I cannot even approach Auriol. He just brushes me off. I gave up and continued on my way.

I wonder if Sven is spawning by the fountain (the side closer to the inn/pawn guild) where he would otherwise spawn a few days after buying the box? I dunno, best suggestion I can make.
