Hopefully soon it will be cracked, if not, oh well!
don't know what a joke is apparently do you?
Not for performance or that kind of stuff, but because of the kill switch Denuvo is. The moment the authentication servers go down it's literally "game over". If the publisher (or in this case the developer) goes down, or simply can't be bothered to pay the fee for running Denuvo or the servers, you are out of luck. Game gone and money gone...
And yes - That has happened to me with several types of DRM. I have great games on a DVD /CD that are completely unplayable now. They are lost forever. Thanks to DRM.
When Dragons Dogma 2 was announced I was checking my favourite DRM-free store front (GOG) for the release announcement. Only later I learned that Dragon's Dogma 2 was infected with Denuvo bloatware and would never be released on GOG. That was a sad moment.
As said - I got this game for free, so I have nothing to loose. But I sure as hell would not have spend any money on it. Even now I hope it will be cracked, so I can play this game even years from now. That last thing is highly doubtful as long as it's ruined by DRM.
and denuvo servers very rarely go down, so rare that even steam wishes it had the networking of denuvo.
Shill is irrelevant. Obviously OP is running on a potato. I run it on a 13700h / rtx 4060 laptop without issues, so OP must be a few notches lower. Not a Denuvo fan, but like mtx, I don't even know they exist until someone brings them up. Same with woke, character height etc.
No one does, that is like the lowest form of "a 5 year old told me this, so i took it at face value" in reality he likely tried playing it on a 2005 PC and said "deunvo won't let me"
as far as the topic goes, it never will, the only guy that could is gone now, so you'll have to wait till capcom removes it.
Pretty much everyone else who was heavily into the cracking scene and into cracking Denuvo in particular was either paid a pretty penny to switch sides, paid to stop, or found themselves getting raided, as there was enough money involved in gaming on PC now to prod governments into enforcing the laws instead of letting it slide.
But still, there might be few more people who do knew how to do it but won't make themself know to world, they rather stay hidden to be safe, not even willing to gave proof as try gave proof would increase risk getting caught.
Even more rare, one knew how to do it and one willing to share and same time knew how to play this world's game, like government and large company try to caught it but those person knew how to avoid caught, so that is even more rare.
so not only one had skill to crank code but had a skill to avoid from government and large powerful company as well, so it's rare person had both those skill at same time.
no proof no care.
