How long will it take for Denuvo to be cracked
I already bought the game but I can't play it because Denuvo is taking up too much of my CPU and RAM, so how long do ya'll think it will take for the game to be hacked.

You don't want to buy it because it won't run well, I don't want to buy it because the company is ♥♥♥♥ and so is Denuvo, dd2 having mixed reviews is still funny and thankfully I'm not missing much.

Hopefully soon it will be cracked, if not, oh well!

Poor indoctrinated lamb, on top of that you turn what was said at your convenience.
Clearly I'm not talking about gender, but about pretending to be someone else so as not to go to prison again...do you understand? Or do you need me to draw you a drawing to understand it?
Beyond this, you, nor anyone, is going to tell me how to express myself, sheep.
how do you know he didn't change gender and become a she/her to hide from the fbi?

don't know what a joke is apparently do you?

Well - I got the game for free with my RTX 4070 Super, otherwise I would never have this game. I sure would not spend any money (unless it's dirt cheap) on Denuvo infected games.

Not for performance or that kind of stuff, but because of the kill switch Denuvo is. The moment the authentication servers go down it's literally "game over". If the publisher (or in this case the developer) goes down, or simply can't be bothered to pay the fee for running Denuvo or the servers, you are out of luck. Game gone and money gone...

And yes - That has happened to me with several types of DRM. I have great games on a DVD /CD that are completely unplayable now. They are lost forever. Thanks to DRM.

When Dragons Dogma 2 was announced I was checking my favourite DRM-free store front (GOG) for the release announcement. Only later I learned that Dragon's Dogma 2 was infected with Denuvo bloatware and would never be released on GOG. That was a sad moment.

As said - I got this game for free, so I have nothing to loose. But I sure as hell would not have spend any money on it. Even now I hope it will be cracked, so I can play this game even years from now. That last thing is highly doubtful as long as it's ruined by DRM.

capcom will remove it eventually.

and denuvo servers very rarely go down, so rare that even steam wishes it had the networking of denuvo.

I mean, the servers for denuvo go down so rarely because it doesn't actually transmit much data. Makes it basically load-immune and will pretty much only get nuked if a significant chunk of the internet is also getting nuked.

Why are denuvo shills so utterly clueless? It's been proven time and time again that it's a performance hog. Why do you keep trying to shift the narrative? You're no different than the subhumans mindlessly repeating "FAST TRAVEL DLC, SAVE SLOT DLC" over and over again.

Shill is irrelevant. Obviously OP is running on a potato. I run it on a 13700h / rtx 4060 laptop without issues, so OP must be a few notches lower. Not a Denuvo fan, but like mtx, I don't even know they exist until someone brings them up. Same with woke, character height etc.

It's weird that people believe this

No one does, that is like the lowest form of "a 5 year old told me this, so i took it at face value" in reality he likely tried playing it on a 2005 PC and said "deunvo won't let me"

as far as the topic goes, it never will, the only guy that could is gone now, so you'll have to wait till capcom removes it.

He's not the only one who could do it. He's just the only one that was still willing to test the tolerance of the authorities regarding his actions. IIRC, he'd already been to prison over it once and some of the rants and attitudes he displayed after getting out, well, they strongly indicate the experience broke him. No wonder after getting doxxed he disappeared again. Suddenly he was in the open and had a prior record for the same stuff.

Pretty much everyone else who was heavily into the cracking scene and into cracking Denuvo in particular was either paid a pretty penny to switch sides, paid to stop, or found themselves getting raided, as there was enough money involved in gaming on PC now to prod governments into enforcing the laws instead of letting it slide.

Second the cracked version still have denuvo in it it, the crack just bypassed it, so your performance will not be better.
Thats not entirely true, there is people that can crack it, just simply don't share the results publicly, and at most, play with their friends, cause first, don't wanna draw any attention to themselves, second, don't wanna their methods patched and waste more time once a new game arrive and they wanna play with their friends only by having to find new ways in. Don't assume that simply cause no one made any crack public, that no one can actually crack it, not everyone wanna attention.

proof?
That is point, someone who knew how to do it, won't show proof, as they knew it's more harm than good if they try share public, whatever share cracked code or try like this one proof, so they smart not to do it and keep to themself, if there people do knew how to crack code but won't share, won't do it for fame, won't do it for proof even to ensure 100% not get caught by large company that spend money on police or bandit or enforcer to raid their haven place.

But still, there might be few more people who do knew how to do it but won't make themself know to world, they rather stay hidden to be safe, not even willing to gave proof as try gave proof would increase risk getting caught.

Even more rare, one knew how to do it and one willing to share and same time knew how to play this world's game, like government and large company try to caught it but those person knew how to avoid caught, so that is even more rare.

so not only one had skill to crank code but had a skill to avoid from government and large powerful company as well, so it's rare person had both those skill at same time.

well you seem to be just making stuff up as you go along.
no proof no care.

I mean, to post proof in this case LITERALLY involves blatant violations of steam's TOS. That's a bad look to be trying to ask someone to post something you KNOW violates steam's rules.
