the stolen throne bugged
i went inside the masquerade hall multiple times and i didnt get the cutscene for the false arisen walking but i found the secret room and the quest progressed and the door was locked so when i went around the quest marker moved to the brother and im not getting the cutscene

after doing a bunch of quests and passing multiple days i was able to get the cutscene at the masquerade
