Nope, it never actually mentions how to arrest her. The sickbed man wanted you to let him know so he could let the guards, that was the only clue we got, so having to grab her and arrest her yourself is unexpected.
It's kinda important to know however that if you want to capture an NPC, you need to grab/pin them, not just beat them to death. might be relevant in other quests.
I didn't get cutscene either. I talked to the 2 dudes, went to the rest town and talked to the doctor, waited a day, got the evidence, went back to Vernworth. Lobo didn't have anything new to say, the Q marker is in the square, but the nun doesn't have anything to say & no cutscene still. Read this thread andtried grabbing her -> that triggered the gaol cutscene but then the guard said I didn't have enough evidence even though I literally did and it gave me the bad ending.
you can only get past the door during the night
He does say to grab her but the way it's said makes it easy to misunderstand because it makes it sound like you're supposed to talk to the guards first or instead.
There's at least three other quests that have the same problem.
