About micro transaction before I buy.
The problem I fear is that the game design is built around the micro transaction, to make them more valuable.
Sure you can grind for "this" five hours ooooooor you can buy it now just for $1.99.

Is this game like that? o micro transaction are pure 100% optional, not interfering with the game design choices ?

thanks

100% optional. Everything can be obtained by playing and not even in short supply, or at least I don't have any issues getting my hand on Wakestones or Ferrystones.
The mtx existing at all is pretty dumb tho, but it'd be even dumber to buy them.

They are entirely optional.

The game, in the same way as the first one, was not designed with frequent fast travel in mind. You can buy (with real money) fast travel stones and if regular fast travel is important to you, you may feel like the MTX are exploitative and want to avoid buying entirely.

It's just like Helldivers 2 you don't need to buy anything you can get it all in game.

1000% optional. And as an extra way to put it in perspective, all the microtransactions are single purchase items, they cannot be purchased multiple times.

You can not buy ferrystones through microtransactions. You can buy a single portcrystal, which by itself does not let you fast travel anywhere.

Wakestones are limited and allow you to ressurect. Ressurection to buy for $. It's pretty rare and i guess there are limited amount on map. It's optional but still disgusting

They arent that rare, but are scattered around the map. Also to mention: using them to resurrect yourself is a complete waste, they are better off saved and used to resurrect key npc's you accidentally killed.
i never used a wakestone in the first game and doubt i will use them this time either. if the pawns die in combat you can get em up again for a limited time
i think the only time where they really died were accidental deaths where you couldnt resurrect them cause they fell from a cliff into the water or similar situations

You get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tons of them through pawn quests. And they're also borderline useless, I think I used a single one specifically just to get the achievement for using it over 100+ hours in DD1.
You can also only buy ONE through the store. It has no tangible effect on the availability in-game.

You can get most of the micro transactions from drops, or from shops for around 10k gold. Beer at the bar costs $2k gold, for perspective on worth.

And all of these items were in game one with the same type of drops, only they made a lot of things easier. Like fast travel, where there are completely new options for it. If game 1 is still on sale, go play it for cheap. This game is pretty much the same. If you can't grind without feeling that you need to buy some of those items, then you likely won't be able to stop yourself in this one. I'd laugh if anyone admitted to buying these micro transactions though.

Again, NO. that travel portal is UNA TANTUM. You buy it once and THAT'S IT, you can't buy it again. So by 2 dollars i think, which you can or cannot pay since it is not needed, you have a different teleport point. Congraulations you've "broken the game", "it has become a P2W" quote.
