The "fast-travel DLC" is not what you think it is

The game's fast travel works in the following way:
Besides fast travel points/crystals in major locations, you can find "markers" in the game. You can physically place these markers in almost any location in the world and then fast travel to them. If you wish, you can pick the marker up and place it somewhere else.
The game allows you to place up to 10 markers. All markers are available in the game.
This DLC is exactly that one(!) marker which you, for some reason (I can't find any reason honestly) can buy. You can then find the rest of markers but you are still allowed to place up to ten.

Overall, as with all other Capcom's "microtransactions" - these are completely worthless. They barely provide any advantage (early fast travel with one marker, i.e. to only one location you set yourself, might even hurt you honestly) and you will never feel a need to buy anything even for a moment.
I never bought anything in Dragon's Dogma 1 or in Devil May Cry 5 and immensely enjoyed just the core gameplays.

I'm not sure I understand your comment.
The DLC does not "unlock" fast travel points nor allows you to travel to them before discovering.

...the fast travel system exists in the game, completely free (real world money free, not in game money). It can be used, to its maximum potential, with no real world money spent beyond buying the game.

I mean, why fast travel when there is so much to explore. Not to mention it's just fun to travel from place to place normally. On top of that you can take Ox-carts to other cities and towns, that you can just go to sleep on. Its fun cuz some times you make it there in one piece, other times you get ambushed and have to fight a bit, then hop back on the cart, and go back to sleep. Teleportation sorta ruins the game IMO.

You have to go to a portal statue/stone in the city(I forget the actual name of the Stone.) There is a tutorial about it when you get there the first time, and see the big glowing rock in town.

You have to go to a portal statue/stone in the city(I forget the actual name of the Stone.) There is a tutorial about it when you get there the first time, and see the big glowing rock in town.

I have stable 60fps in 1080p with 3060ti and ryzen 7 5800x
