Pawn suddenly has scars in her face

So my pawn just got some big a** scars in their face all of a sudden? I went to the barber, spend 20k and removed all scars twice, but its still there.. Is this a common thing?

I got the same problem, never put a scar in my pawn's face but one just appeared out of nowhere. How can I possibly remove this, anyone knows?

It unfortunately happens when your Pawn dies completely and you have to resurrect her at a riftstone. I had my pawn fall to her death off a cliff the first hour I played. She's had a huge scar on her chest ever since for the last 25 hours. It can't be removed by anything. Even mods hasn't fixed it yet. It's my biggest complaint about the game.

Nah, just like unhappyclown says. Don't let your pawn die completelly. It may give them permanent scars.

I just hope that doesn't apply to the hired pawns. Because they are jumping into water like children in aquapark.

It does apply if your pawn dies while hired by someone else. Mine hasn't died in my game, but still has two scars already. Such a stupid idea.

scars is fixable by hotspring, and its cheap too so do not worry about it

My pawn is Beastren, and I noticed her face fur looked a bit more matted after dying a few times. I actually like this feature if it's real.

One of the female heads has a permanent scar just under the left eye, it's one of the more rugged ones in the top right of the selection. Too bad it's a good head for masculine looking females, the scar is a permanent feature of that head.

It is a thing. But like someone above said you can heal scars by going to the Hot Spring so it's not a big deal.
