To Nvidia Users (40rtx) regarding Performance
When you encounter low FPS, make sure to download the DLSS 3.5 + Frame Generation Mod from Pure Dark on Nexus Mod Manager, that will double at least your FPS, the Devs currently working on a solution for high CPU demanding and they will implement FG. (Ingame DLSS Feature seems to be broken, better try FSR 3.0)

I´m playing with a rtx 4090 and i9 13900k in 1440p on Max Settings, getting 50-60fps in the first Big Town especially in the Tavern, that´s insane and not acceptable, but with Frame Generation FPS goes up to 100-120 (capped to 120), the Game still feel a little bit unstable due to loading all that NPC´s and calculations in Town, but it´s now much better with that Mod.

Hopefully Capcom can find a Solution for all Players, so we all can enjoy that awesome Game, happy playing Time Pals! :)

I will try this today. I hope this mod won't violate any terms and conditions form Capcom considering the game has some online elements.

The game features Enigma that will prevent unauthorized use of mods. Hopefully nobody won't get banned for that.

DLSS/upscaling tech and frame gen are an absolute blight.

I used this and only got 10ish more fps in town, now im at 45-55 in town with max settings and raytracing. I recommend it. I was at 35-40ish in towns before using.

id rather play on 60fps with less lag than 100fps with more input lag making the game feel like crap

Digital foundry recommends turning off RT, because it is very demanding on the cpu.

I know it is, but i get 70+fps outside of town so doesn't really matter if i have it on or not.

Doesn't DLSS 3.5 look just as crappy as the DLSS that you can set in the game?
Since the DLSS doesn't look good, at least at 1080p, I'd rather put up with the FPS drops in the city.

I tried it but it doesn't change much from what i experienced , also the game is still blurry asf with dlss.
I can confirm it works. And may I add, if you disable DLSS after ingame with it working it goes back to no upscaling (native) with only Frame Gen On. But Enable DLSS again before you close the game. Im having 180's in some cities now. 4090 + 12900K at maxed 1440p. Awsome mod. Lets hope Capcom themselves introduce this. And also hardcoded mouse accel is very bad in the game hope they fix it and add raw input idk why no one speaks of this. Mouse accel very bad.
