first point seems kinda null given the massive lay offs happening in the industry despite game piracy steadily declining
point 3 is absolutely absurd. IF you pay for something you should have the right to use it as you desire especially when it is advertised as a single player offline game. Imagine buying a vacuum and getting in ♥♥♥♥ for using it in your car when it was intended for the house only. My god imagine if console commands or cheats and mods wheren't allowed on Skyrim because the "vision" the devs had didn't allow it.
The only person that was actually cracking it disappeared. The last Denuvo game that was cracked was Last Judgment last August.
In return you lose those people talking about the game and telling people that they like it which is free viral marketing that can contribute to the game's success.
Denuvo just loses them money and worsens their reputation.
