Go to the castle and loot the chests

go to the big dome building where the party is and grab the items from a chest in the back rooms.
best go at day time and then just wear the clothes at night. the party isnt always active so if you cant progress the mission wait till the guard outside the building doesnt say there is no party and your good.

For anyone else that is looking for the clothes, you can also get them by completing the Ornate Box questline with Sven. Either way works.
