Does AMD Fluid Motion Frames help increasing this game fps?

Title. I am a fan of the first game but the news of performance issues is holding me back from buying this game in its current state, so I’m wondering if Fluid Motion Frames could help to improve this game’s performance albeit so slightly.

it helps but issue is its not best in fast paced games as when you move camera around super fast it auto turns off and back on so it can be a little stuttering but for me stream overlay red 50 fps amds overlay 114 fps. SO yes it does 100% work but it has caveats of the whole turning off and on again

yes i'm aware of this stuttering when moving the camera super fast, but this game seems like it's not really that fast paced just like its predecessor from what I've been seeing, so it should be fine, right?

Possibly it's unplayable for me atm so I didn't do long testing but it seemed OK

for me fluid motion frames enable in amd adrenaline actually does nothing in game even with fs3 no change of FPS, got 5800x3d 7900xtx both OC, and i get like 70-120 fps open world and 40-60 in citys on 2k

its because only notice fps change with amds overlay doesn't work with any others
