Stuck at An Unsettling Encounter Quest
So I am currently trying to finish the quest but whenever i go to the location at night absolutely nothing happens...i can stand there all night, right in front of the door, and absolutely nothing...anyone else have this happening or am i the only one?

On the left side of the room, push against the wall where there is a brick outline. It's a secret passageway.

Same no cutscene starts. I have probably wasted 10k gold sleeping and trying to get it to start to no avail. Restarted game aswell and nothing

literally had to completely start a new game in order to get it to work....i tried everything as well...i got myself arrested on purpose, did other quests, pretty much anything but nothing helped :/
