Spellbound and Sorcerer appraisal didn't give me the skill books?

So did these 2 quests. gave the fake books to Myrmiddon and Trysha the real ones. But as I did both quests, I never got the skill tomes. Is this happening to anyone else?

He didnt give me the book after giving him the books, but i gave him some flowers and he game me the spell afterward.

worked for me but i accidentally killed trysha. They said she wasnt dead tho but I never got the scroll. had to restart at an inn save a while back.

Unfortunately yes, you were supposed to make forgeries of the book if you wanted to give it to more than one person.

It's possible to fix it by raising your affinity with the NPCs that give you the meister scrolls. It's an issue that happens with a lot of the meister NPCs.

I say possible because sometimes that doesn't do it. I had to make hard backups of saves to get some of the meister scrolls.

On gave me the Mage Master Skill and the other asked me to bring her to the next village.

thats not completly right. you better make forgeries to be sure but you can actually find more than 1 version of those book in the game.
thats how i completet it so it might even be possibleto give both of those quest givers the originals.

Not sure if anyone has written about it already, but here's how it worked for me. I managed to finish the part where you wait until the child wakes up, and you receive XP and the ring. Then I went camping until morning and returned to the hut. Granny asked me to escort her to Melve, so I did. Back to camping near the hut again, slept until morning, then back to the hut where I got the escort for the young one. More camping, back to the hut, and finally, I got the SPELL! Lul.

Hi guys, I gave Trysha only 4 books without the Fulminous Shield, and I was still able to carry on with the quest, after I only managed to get the weapon.

But still you can get the skills, just go and let 1 day pass by sleeping in the camp and go back to their house, then you will have the quest to escort Trysha and Eina (one by one) then after each escort quest just return to the house and they will give you the skills, cause escorting will max their affinity.
