Anyone problem with refund? (Support not responding)
Hey, so first I don't wanna flame, I'm just unfortunate to have crashes all the time, thats why I want to refund the game, I have 66 minutes played and bought the game on the 16th march. But I refunded now 13 Hours ago and still nothing. I'm just curious if anyone else is still waiting, maybe support is a little overloaded and wanted to ask.

I did click paypal because I wanted to buy something completly different now, not from steam. Could that be it?

That's going to take a few days to hit your paypal/bank account. If your concern is if it will refund and not when you will get the refund... if you played less than 2 hours you are good.

From what I heard refunds to Steam balance (instead of card) are being treated easier/faster :lunar2019piginablanket:

Unless you were over 2 hrs, the refund should have been automatically given. If you were and you contacted live support, then you will just have to wait for them to get around to it. They might be waiting to see if they will allow it given the game runs fine for players but some are saying it doesn't.

I've also requested for a refund but still hasn't received any. It's been more than 12 hrs now. I bought the game back March 9 and have less than 2 hrs playtime. How do you contact support directly?

@Sirius I just clicked myself through the "help > Steam Support > Dragons Dogma 2 > Technical issues > request refund" and did that, I did nothing else.

@Violation @Astran @Sundowner Thank you for your answers, I'm a little less worried now :D

I was thankfully able to refund this greedy game quite quickly

It just takes time. It'll eventually post, and in the top-right it'll say refund pending while they process the payment into your bank account. The chance you don't get a refund is extremely low. Under 2 hours, 100% chance of refund

mmm shouldnt matter really. i got my refund sent to a paypal account and i got the confirmation like i mentioned before in under an hour. itll obviously be a few days before the balance is in that account but the game is gone from my library now. I also used the refund to buy something else lol.

I bought it in a group of games it keeps asking me do I want refund £176 if I say yes they will refuse it because the other games what I don't need too refund and out of date anyway.

I have a few problems with it. It's going in Steam Wallet payed by credit card.

Still waiting for my refund, over 24hrs, and it still does not even say 'pending' .

They are overwhelmed with refund requests for this garbage I guess :)

Good news

Good news

I doubt they have one support departement for one game. More common is one departement for all of Steam.

On a even more serious note @OP:

You can check the current working load of the current workload of all support cases (which include refund requests) here: https://store.steampowered.com/stats/support/
