Archistaff disappeared?

So I'm loving the game right now but I ran into an issue. I finished the quest to get two vocations and turned in the two-hander. But now my archistaff is gone and I cant seem to find if there is another one or if my game bugged and im unable to unlock that vocation now?

Same happened to me, the archistaff is gone. I even thought that I sold it by mistake but I don't think I did.
Now I can't finish the quest and can't become a sorcerer.

I think I sold the two-hander, not sure if I can find any two-hander out in the world. Not sure if they even exist prior to finish the quest and open up warrior

Yeah, waiting for someone who knows how to fix this.
Otherwise seems like the quest will be left open forever and we wont be able to open that other vocation.
I don't know If I sold mine but either way we cant buy back items that we sold, right?

I hope you all didn't make the mistake I did, thinking that the two-hander and the staff were in the same chest.... There's actually 2 chests you need to find in the mine.

Need to find a lost mercenary and farm him till he drop a great sword and hopefully that great sword can be replace the two-hander. Unless the dude only want a two-hander then rip. But I also dont know where to find a lost mercenary either.

I am 99% sure that I sold it. I remember selling a sword, at the time I thought is 1 handed sword. but now I dont have the two hander, I realized what I sold is not 1 handed. it not show up as a quest item so I sold it. I assumed that if it related to a quest it would warn me before I sold it.

There is a way to still complete the quest and unlock the voacations though, so don't fret. You can still purchase these weapons at a specific vendor in Checkpoint Rest Town. Some of these weapons are quite pricey, so be aware of this before traveling and making a purchase.

So I think once you get far enough when you need to go to the neighboring kingdom, it automatically finishes the quest which is what happened to me after about and hour - hour and a half. Let me know if it does the same for yall that way I could put this as the answer.

It is supposed to be in Checkpoint Rest Town at the Scrap merchant. But the quest items are not there to be bought. Checked several times now. Unfortunately I can't become a Sorcerer which is annoying.

you need to go to Checkpoint Rest Town and buy any sorcerer's staff from the gunsmith there (the cheapest costs about 9000 gold), it will do. the city can be reached by cart.

The game will take ANY greatsword or archstaff, the quest ones are just free ones to use, I lost my greatsword due to a pawn having looted it and dying (they take their entire inventory into the void when they die, so be careful of giving pawns important items), but a friend of mine sent a standard two hander over via gifting and it worked just fine.
