[Issue] Oxcarts not deaprting / can not board

Hi,

I've found exactly no information about this anywhere. I've done a few main quests and some side quests but mostly killing so far. I am not able to board any oxcart and I can't speak to the NPCs. They'll simply say "I don't take passengers right now".

Am I bugged? I even got the quest to deliver a letter to a town right next to an oxcart station.

So you should go to a post with a black sign on it, it should say something along the lines of "await depart time" or something like that
After that you should be able to pay the oxcart driver and hop on.

Ah, didn't even think about interacting with that board because the cart was right in front of me. Thanks, that worked.
