I think the game is bottlenecking the cpu somehow.
Yeah i ended up turning DLSS off cause it did not make any diffrence in terms of frames and was kinda weird
It is only using 9-10+ CPUs cores too. (which is like 50% of what the i9 13900 has. Mine is at 6ghz. Ram is ddr5 7200mhz)
Even in a city i'm getting 70-80fps at 4k mostly high preset. native resolution and RT.
SSD? speed? how many cores does the 12700f have?
I'm using an m.2 ssd, the cpu has 12 cores

For me it's random whenever I startup the game, sometimes it's at 95ish% GPU usage and other times it's at around 50 and performance goes down
Then they need to put more Tax on the GPU instead. If the game sucks Donkey ♥♥♥♥ at utilizing Hardware properly then it's the Spaghetti Coding. It would also depend on how the Game Engine is actually handling those Assets.
It just takes me back to Unity Engine Issues. Good Old Memory Leaks.
I've run some other games to check it wasn't a faulty GPU, and other games use the GPU fine.
