Low gpu usage and CPU
Running Intel Core i7-12700F, and rtx 4070 1080p (max graphics, with ray tracing on)

I get oddly 50-60gpu usage and 40-50 cpu usage?

Yeah same here.
I think the game is bottlenecking the cpu somehow.

Same. I have a 3090/7900x and I am sitting at around 60-70 GPU usage. ALSO, DLSS is not working properly. I get around 60 FPS with DLSS Quality, but turning it off improves image quality as expected, but bumps framerate up to 89ish

Yeah i ended up turning DLSS off cause it did not make any diffrence in terms of frames and was kinda weird

It's the same thing for many of us. There is no sign of saturation for GPU or CPU and yet it runs rather badly. I'm just waiting corrective patch .... and the (very well optimized) Elden Ring DLC.

Yeah, I read this game is chugging CPU while letting the GPU just chill...

odd. I'm getting 98%-ish GPU usage (on a 4090)
It is only using 9-10+ CPUs cores too. (which is like 50% of what the i9 13900 has. Mine is at 6ghz. Ram is ddr5 7200mhz)

Even in a city i'm getting 70-80fps at 4k mostly high preset. native resolution and RT.

SSD? speed? how many cores does the 12700f have?

I'm using an m.2 ssd, the cpu has 12 cores

It doesn't matter if it's cpu or gpu dependant, you'll run into problems if you're only using 50% of your gpu for this game.
For me it's random whenever I startup the game, sometimes it's at 95ish% GPU usage and other times it's at around 50 and performance goes down

Then they need to put more Tax on the GPU instead. If the game sucks Donkey ♥♥♥♥ at utilizing Hardware properly then it's the Spaghetti Coding. It would also depend on how the Game Engine is actually handling those Assets.

It just takes me back to Unity Engine Issues. Good Old Memory Leaks.

I'm on Ryzen 5 7600 and Radeon 7800 XT. CPU utilization is at 22-38% (cities, outside the cities) and GPU is at 50-70% (cities, outside cities). 28-45fps with RT on. But sometimes when I launch the game it runs flawlessly. Constant 60fps at the same settings. WTF? And it's running the same at 4k with fsr3 balanced or 1440p. Optimization and denuvo are the worst ♥♥♥♥ that could happen to this game o.O

I've got a 3060 and I get 90% CPU utilisation, and 0% GPU. Not 0.1 or 0.2, just 0%.

I've run some other games to check it wasn't a faulty GPU, and other games use the GPU fine.

anyone with a 40 series card download the Dlss 3 mod, it almost doubled my frame rate. Unfortunately only 40 series benefit

I'm having very bizarre issues myself. I've a 4090/Ryzen 9 7950x. Usually I get 80fps or over running around outside but the fps and frame pacing goes to hell in the built up areas. Tonight just running about I struggled to get over 50fps at all with extremely low cpu and gpu usage, but the frame pacing was better in the capital. There was no update....
