Capcom has said that it is thinking about how to add the "feature" of making the player start a new game.
Yeah, for modern gamedevs, an option called "start a new game" is a "feature".

Yeah, this must be a built-in feature Capcom was relying on for those that start new games! I suspect all future games will no longer offer a new game feature, unless unlocked through some sort of Micro-transaction of course!
