"bUt YoU CaN eARn iT in gAMe!!!"
So why sell it then? Why put something like character customization behind a grind/paywall?
You know why, it's either your time or your money for a feature that should be freely available for anyone.

Any time there is a something to be sold, the game devs have an incentive to make it sell, so to make your experience worse without buying it. It's insane to think it's ok.

Nah i highly doubt it's gonna be hard to grind at all.

Yes, it has everything to do with what you said cause they done thhe etxact same thing in dd1.

Incasse you dont know or just have played dark arisen...

Cute list, but my comment didn't bring up dd1 or compare this to that, so still has nothing to do with what I said. Keep bringing up other stuff to justify your white knighting i guess. :steambored:
They dont make it more grindy as I have said before.

That was your 'reasoning' for making that post. Then you deflect into another arguement, which also is false, because you can obtain that stuff within the game with ease.

Ssimply put, What am I to make off you when you go mtx = game more grindy when its just false?

Why sell? Because why not? It's just an option for people who do not actually want to play lol.
It's like saying "IF I DON'T NEED CAVIAR EVERY DAY, WHY SELL IT?????????"
Play the game and enjoy it. You will never feel a need to buy anything even for a moment. All DLCs here are worthless and unnecessary.

You're wrong. Very wrong.

You buy with CR in the capital next to the Inn by the stone.

So no you don't need to buy them unless lazy and far from the capital as the next place selling them is 12 hours in.

Why so mad that others have the ability to make the game easier for them? I won't be buying anything extra but I don't mind if others want an easier game. Does not effect me and my save game at all, having a blast. Simply an amazing game, stay mad.

Very easy to get them in the capital near the stone by the main INN. sues CR points for them. Also get one free in digital deluxe.

Probably because of people who write titles like you did...

Because it's a japanese company, stupid.

They've been doing this ♥♥♥♥ for years. In DD1 you could buy wakestones and rift-crystals. In DMCV you could buy red orbs.

I guess the Japanese wage-slaves are whaling on this ♥♥♥♥, for some reason.
It doesn't seem to actually effect the game though. You don't NEED to buy them to play the game, and in some cases buying them might actually make the experience way worse.

I remember when "you could earn things in game" in Street Fighter V, after hours of grind i got 1 character unlocked, then they nerfed that too so you'd have to grind even harder.

The idiots defending these practices seem to fail to understand that they will add these kinds of monetisation at the expense of the game experience. The grind has to be annoying and unrewarding to make you buy these items with real world currency.

Ubisoft released a live service Assassins creed game where they made the exp gain and in game money gain a little too slow for player tastes, then sold you exp and gold bonus items as a solution.
In the game you were able to create custom missions and share them, players found a way to create easy custom missions that rewarded exp and money, this however was immediately patched by ubisoft since it made it redundant to buy their "time savers"

This game seems to be following the same footsteps.

EA does this, Ubisoft does this, Capcom does this.
If you defend this practice, you have the mentality of a cuck sitting in the corner.
Soul Reaver Mar 22, 2024 @ 9:29am
creating a problem to sell the solution

There are many reasons, but I think that the main one would be the fact that this is basically free money for them. Devs get to double dip by selling you the same content twice. Even if only a few people purchase it, they will make a profit without spending a dime

But again, this game is not doing that. Keep pushing aback against non predatory MTX as these, all you are going t get is ♥♥♥♥ predatory ones because MTX are not going away.
