Delete save file without deleting character creator data?

I kinda want to start the game over so I can tweak my character a little more. I didn't end up liking the way it looks walking around in the game, and I just started.

Is the character creator data saved into the same location as the save file, and if so, can you delete the game save file while keeping your character creator data?

Yes, technically. I'm not sure which file is specifically the one from the character creator, but you can just move the save files to a different location, then move them back to figure out which one is from the character creator.

Hey guys, I had the same problem and figured out which files you have to keep.
Go inside the folder in which the save files are located (Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\user_id\2054970) and delete everything there except for two files.
The two files you need to keep are located under "remote\win64_save".
So you can delete everything from the "2054970" folder except these two files "SS1_data000.bin" and "SS1_data00-1.bin".
