HDR is completely broken in Windows 11
It is extremely washed out and overall greyh/white. The sliders make 0 difference either. The only "Fix" I've found so far is to turn it off entirely in windows. It would be nice to play it with HDR though, so hope it's fixed soon. Man the state of gaming these days...

I've got the same issue. Was hoping it would be fixed for actual release, but nope.
AMD 7900XTX, windows HDR works fine in every other game.

Oddly, when I alt tab or change windows volume, the game goes super over-saturated HDR, but then reverts to grey washout when the volume UI disappears or I go back to fullscreen.,

I thought it looked crap in RE4 as well

What kind of display are you playing on.

Game has it's own HDR and it isn't compatible with Windows probably due to some dev not doing what it should have done. You can either disable the HDR for Windows (windows key + alt + b) or change to Windowed/Borderless Windowed mode in the game which will result in the HDR for Windows taking charge.

I have a certified screen and its calibrated outside and inside the game and its fine.

7900xtx
Dual Monitor setup
Alienware Ultrawide OLED HDR
Asus ROG 27"

HDR is broken here as well, have to turn it OFF completely OS side to be able to play, or you get trash graphics.

GGs Capcom, AAA $70 btw

exact same issue here. 7900XTX and an Aw3223dwf, HDR either nearly grayscale or looking like its applied twice (horribly oversaturated/contrast to 4000%)

I'm having the same issues, pixelized grayscale looking with Halos around artifacts like the mouse cursor, weird. unplayable at the moment, messing around with settings trying to find something that works.

6900xt
5800x3d
Dell G3223Q 144hz HDR monitor,

maybe its a AMD optimization thing?
