Those are all grey market resellers. Allyouplay is listed under the official key seller on gg.deals.
Fanatical is your best bet, big titles are 18% off if you buy them before release, and they're a legit site. The downside is you can't refund them if you don't like them, I guess. Since it's after release, i'd go kinguin I guess. They're grey market but a friend and I have collectively bought dozens of games off them and never had an issue, but you never know still.

You think it's official because another 3rd party claims it to be?
That's like a thief telling you that a conartist is legit.

no infact ONLY buy from shady resellets.
That way you can make sure capcom is losing money on the purchase.

What? But I thought I could get the game on sale day one, there's no WAY it's a money laundering scheme!

Why would a site risk its reputation like that?

These sites allegedly buy keys in bulk direct from the publisher.

Yes, it's genuinely a thing. I understand you're ignorant, but that doesn't make it untrue.
Yes, it's available via provably genuine websites too.

They say so, but you don't buy keys in bulk direct from the publishers, it sounds more like they got them from Russian distributors who bought them bulk at massively low prices to resell to American markets at a higher price. The catch with this method is that if Valve caught on, they'll delete those keys from being usable.

There are legitimate sites that do it properly.

Cd key is a real store its just their not a official store in a country valve wants you to purchase it.

No one should be advertising they buy cd keys steams claims they will remove such and such...................... if they can prove you did.
