We have a similar build and I also saw no improvement sadly.
because there is none. you got trolled hard. why do you think he cannot provide proof? ^^
Only problem is the frame time issue still causes stutters in large cities, but outside of that, it plays great.
Yeah fair enough. I figured since other people were reporting positive results that it couldn't hurt to try since there is not much that can be done in-game to improve performance, at least to my knowledge.
if you have a decent pc, most of us are playing fine without too many issues. i havent even had a single crash after 25 hours.
Alright, imagine you have a big box where you keep all the colors you need to paint a picture in your video game. This box is called a "Shader Cache". When you play your game, the colors you need are taken out of this box really quickly to paint everything on your screen.
Now, normally, the box has a limit on how many colors it can hold at once. This is like saying you can only have 10 different colors out at the same time. When you run out of space in the box, the game has to stop and get rid of some colors to make room for new ones. This can make your game pause for a tiny bit, like when you blink your eyes really fast.
But if you set the Shader Cache Size to "Unlimited", it's like saying your box can now hold as many colors as you want! This can make your game run smoother because it doesn't have to stop and throw away colors to make room. Everything can keep moving really fast and smooth, like a super fast race car!
Now, the only drawback is that having an unlimited box can sometimes take up a lot of space on your computer. It's like having a huge toy chest in your room—it takes up more space than a small one. But as long as you have enough space on your computer, you're good to go!
And no, you don't have to change it back to default after playing the game. It will stay that way until you decide to change it again. So if you like how your game runs with the "Unlimited" box of colors, you can keep it that way for as long as you want!

But 10 gb is a bit crazy. I'll try 100 gb first.
In my case, it would not be problematic. NMVE with over 1/3 Tb left (rarely use it except for OS). If or when I install this one, I will probably install on C though.
Edit:
Also, the faster the drive the better for something like this.
its basically magic
Great stuff, keep us posted sir.
