Everyone has access to the same crap just by playing the game normally. So you may take a shortcut initially you'll end up at the same place. Whats going to stick in your craw are people using trainers that get everything in the store and more for free. But its also a single player game so nothing matters.

Don't buy the DLC. Just buy the game if you want to play it. DLC is just cosmetics right now. You don't need it.

Dragon's Dogma 2: Wakestone - Restore the dead to life! is a really good DLC to buy., it lets you revive people!

Dragon's Dogma 2: Portcrystal - Warp Location Marker is awesome and it lets you set up a teleport wherever you want!

Dragon's Dogma 2: Harpysnare Smoke Beacons - Harpy Lure Item Lets you summon harpies that can help you SOAR to new heights, this is awesome for exploration.

Dragon's Dogma 2: Explorer's Camping Kit - Camping Gear gives you awesome camping gear and that's always a PLUS.

and BUY ALL the rift crystals just to buy special awesome items or summon your friends pawns.

Make sure to buy the port crystal and make your IRL friends buy them and gift it to your pawn after they use it so you can teleport all over the map!!! really speeds up grinding for gear and levels. Game on
