Can't seem to play the game in fullscreen

Ive tried about ten different methods to be able to play this game full screen without it looking like a snap chat from an android but to no avail. For context i have a 4060 Ti with a 5800 X3D cpu, and 32 G of ram, running on a 32 in 144 hertz monitor. I've have been excited to play this game for a long time and i would like to still able to do that but i already have 45 mins of play time just from trying to mess with the display. If this is is me being dumb and easy fix please help, but id just like to be able to enjoy the game.

Bro I have no clue it's not just you with the issue. I was able to set the res to my screen size but it won't square on my monitor, so the bottom portion is cut off.

This worked for me and may work for you guys as well, at the main menu go to "settings" --> "graphics" --> "display mode" and change that to "borderless window", than change the resolution to "5120x1440", this should fix the little window it starts up in, hope this help!
