30-40fps GTX 4080...
I've got settings as low as they can possibly go, making the game look like a live blur and still my FPS in the first open world area is absolutely horrid... Clearly this game wasn't ready for release...
*side note* Everything seemed fine until I got my main pawn. In the starting area FPS dropped to motion sickness inducing levels.

Everything that could be enabled to make the game look better is disabled... Which didn't improve FPS any.

Yes I updated my driver just before installing.
No I don't have anything else running in the background...

Atm I consider this unplayable... Hoping that $70 becomes worth the price with a few bug fixes soon...

Specs:
Windows 10
Cpu is a 5800x, AMD.
32gig ram
RTX 4080
Monitor 2k, 144hz

mayn, there must be something wrong, no way a 4080 would get 30-40 in this on low.

the game is badly optimized and is CPU bound regardless of your GPU

Im on max settings with raytracing and getting 130+ fps with a 4080, might need to check your drivers or something

Edit: for you morons who are giving me jesters, https://imgur.com/8tSfxL7 sucks to suck

I've got a 3060 while running DLSS Quality and am getting around 70-80 FPS I think the lowest I get in highly dense areas is about 42-55 FPS

RTX 4090 and 14900k CPU and it's still ♥♥♥♥ lol

It's CPU bound and doesn't even use all the cores that are available. Multiple cores have existed for so long and game developers still have no idea how to use them properly.

I7 10700k RTX 4070 I get a solid 60FPS and never drop bellow. And the only reason I get only 60 is because I FPS cap it at that, GPU at 60%. So if I'd uncap it would got higher.

Setting at high,, everything at high cept for tree/grass at low. DoF off, dlss quality @ 1440p res.

Driver not up to date.
MSI afterburner, didn't set the OC setting so it's running on stock. Still getting solid 60fps simply because I've capped it at that.

Not sure how you get such low fps.
*edit* also have raytracing on

Don't try to go for lower resolution and settings, you make it worse because the game is already cpu bound. Just play 1440p or 4k with Medium to high settings.

The Game is CPU limited not GPU limited.

it would because this game is heavily cpu bond. i got an rtx 4090 and a ryzen 7 5800x and it dips under 60fps at 1440p with dlss

I'm literally just using a 2k, 144hz monitor. If my 5800x isn't good enough for this game then I really shouldn't have bothered getting a 4080... I'll just go back to 60fps Elden Ring then since this game is not optimized enough for my rig.

1080ti Ultra 1440p 60 fps. Something is wrong on your end
Grey Bar0n Mar 21, 2024 @ 7:46pm
My RTX3090 is giving me an average of 100 fps running the game at medium to high in 1440p.
