Turn off HDR in Windows settings.
...if you get shadow flickering. I have an HDR monitor and had this setting turned out. I turned off HDR and the game looks more vibrant and shadow quality works like it should.

TLDR: This game hates HDR.

Facts, they need to fix it, having to disable HDR at the OS level on my OLED HDR ultrawide makes me a bit upset for a $70 AAA game lol
