If you have an Nvidia card you can use Geforce experience Freestyle and add reshade to it and it should work.
It used Nvidia Ansel which shouldn’t be a problem with Denuvo

It's almost impossible to completely remove all DLC Unlocker files without wiping your PC. I've used Koala, Smoke and Cream API, all on many many games. There's hidden files EVERYWHERE.

Koalageddon2 has on option to install and uninstall files and Smokeapi. It will uninstall all files

Guys, I tried all the ways and none worked for me, so I tried something different, I deleted the game using the "hunt mode" of a program called "Revo uninstaller"
it basically finds all the files associated with the game, after deleting everything associated I reinstalled it, and it worked again, I don't know if it was because of that or something else, but worked again for me. Hope it helps someone.
