Do you have FSR/DLSS enabled? It's one of the reasons I hate how reliant games are becoming on it, UI elements suffer. This and Dead Space had blurry elements when you would go into the UI because the AI generation can't figure it out.

Edit: If you turn off DLSS it looks fine, you can also set it to "Quality" where it isn't terrible.

Mine is blurry in the inventory screen as well. In-game it’s fine. DLSS is the culprit,

I have SUPER blurry image with all at max settings but my error was use DLSS. Sadly, this game looks super bad with DLSS...

The best solution for blurry is turn off DLSS and put scale resolution at max.

FSR as well, it appears upscaling is broken in general.

Happened to me too. There is an auto resolution option that has nothing to do with dlss etc. I turned that off and put dlss on quality. Also locked fps to 60. Seemed fine so far. Had to stop playing to go to work so i haven't tried other graphic options

The game without upscaling uses TAA, which is awful and smears everything in motion. I recommend disabling anti aliasing completely as well as turning off dlss/fsr. Although that might tank your performance depending on your hardware.

Huh, thought it was just me. Good to know.
