I had had no issues with it just on my PC monitor but I have a ROG PG32UQX monitor with a G sync ultimate chip (you dont see these much due to cost) unlike my TV which is just G sync compatible.
The issue seems on PC to be regular Gsync compatible monitors and on PS5 to be VRR and G sync displays. When I game from my PS5 or from my PC to my LG G3 77" TV I have to turn off the LG game optimizers VRR/G sync mode and enable the AMD Freesync mode instead on my TV and the issue is gone.
Try this if you have the option and also make sure the Nvidia control panel under manage 3d setting for the game individually is set with on monitor technology on default setting for this game and don't set monitor/tv to forced G sync leave it on default G sync, its odd I know. If you don't do that the freesync will flicker too.
