Yes, it is a later spec for warrior, not right away as I understand it.

There are two headed weapons too. Cast the same spell beside your pawn for double the throughput and power! Two heads are better than one!

Does this work with more than 2 Casters? How big of a spell would you get if you had all 4 party members cast it at once?

IIRC everyone in the spell sync gets the speedcast bonus. To be clear, I don't think you gain more speed from more than 2 spellsync. So you got 3 sorcerer pawns casting meteor, everyone gets the same cast speed boost, but you get 4 meteors out at the boosted speed.
