Both Xbox and PlayStation have had preload for a little bit now. But with the game releasing in like 12 hours and nothing yet i assume we cant preload. Would have been nice for someone like me with ♥♥♥♥ Australian internet but is what it is.

You're correct. They opted to do no preload and let everyone download at the same time (Minus streamers.)

We know the final file size is around 70gb. We don't know how much of that is compressed, because as far as I know, consoles don't do compressed files.
