it's true but some people are too bored of older games and have nothing else to play so they would rather play something new even if it's not at it's best stage

Rise of the Ronin looks like it took its game design lessons from Ubisoft, which is obviously a complete and total dishonor. Japanese game studios shouldn't try to copy the worst that the West has come up with.

Dragon's Dogma 1, Zelda, Elden Ring, and now Dragon's Dogma 2 have proven that they're the only hope that exist for open world games, so it sounds like RotR will be a pretty shameful game in comparison, only able to satisfy the Ubisoft crowd.
