Has pre download started yet

I still haven't gotten the option to pre load the game has it started yet or do i need to fix something

They never did confirm PC pre-loading, only the other platforms unfortunaly.
There are websites who are claiming PC will have pre-load but it has never been confirmed unlike the other platforms.
Still hoping pre-load will be here soon, but i think its not going to happen, look at Capcom's history with pre-loading for PC; non-existing.

I did read that it will be 24 hours ahead of launch. Guess we'll find out in 1 1/2 hours or so

For the other platforms, yes. This does not include PC.

honestly unless your internet is really slow it takes less time to download a 100gig game than it does to unpack it from a preload on pc. Preloading usuallys wastes more time than it saves

I have the best internet for my area, and that best still isn't good. I can download about 6gb an hour, pre-download for people like me is a NECESSITY. So annoyed I'm gunna have to miss day 1 release because Capcom can't just do something simple.

There is no preload.

It will unlock at roughly 7PM Eastern time in North America, which means if no preloading the servers will likely take a hit for downloads happening all at once.
Most people are going to start playing by midnight I guess. Consoles has the advantage if on physical copies, to play sooner without that unlock period.

You can speed up the unpack if you disable avg for the duration of the install.

its past midnight now no preload but if there was going to be a preload it will be probably be 10-11 am eastern time
