Capcom is not known for doing pc pre-loads.

Long as I can download from 00:00 23rd I am fine, that way I can let it download while I sleep and have it be ready to play when I am done with daily tasks.

if i had to guess its so that people can't datamine the end game, which capcom had forbid reviewers from even delving into it seems.

I really do understand the inconvenience large d/l IP have on our slower internet friends. Hoping a pre-load becomes available soon?
