Glad i got 16 performance cores (32 threads) instead of the 8 performance core i9-12900K. My 7950x3d I should be able to get good performance in cities with that.
Fingers crossed.
which honestly isnt as bad as people think.
i mean novigrad to this day can still drop fps and witcher came out in 2015 (of course rtx update is there as well)
so its pretty reasonable to expect drops at 4k imo, specially when the game actually is this detailed (of course people will say this game looks like garbage for whatever reason)
yea this is sadly probably the gen where the 10series cards finally start seeing the horizon...
i dont like that because its such a good series of cards but they have lived a long fruitful life and even if these games coming out are their end they have served for so long its actually insane.
if it doesnt work well then i guess its time for a strong salute and a proper burial by just using it still but for lesser games after you make a new pc :P
cause THAT ♥♥♥♥ AINT GOING NO WHERE 10 SERIES FOR LIFE!!! MAY THEY REIGN FOREVER
Maybe I guess, the reviewer I watched said the entire game had problems, especially during effects and going to cities. Though Starfield had this same problem, for the most part, going to planets was pretty solid from what I remember tho.

Don't know if anyone posted this already, but it might be useful
one thing to keep in mind is that some reviewers said that changing most graphical settings barely have an impact on the performance, so this whole thing is most prob a CPU problem.
Yeah someone said that IGN got a confirmation from Capcom that it's a CPU problem.
