That's the standard for games that have DLC though. We literally have no idea whether or not they'll include MTX yet
No? If they plan DLC out in advance like most games do then they still have to rate it for the intention to sell the DLC... That's just how that works.
I'll be surprised if I rate it that high, there's maybe five games since I started gaming with "Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord" I'd rate that well.
