Capcom did say all platforms Should be able to preload the game on the 20th which is today so it may just be a bit late

its the best speed i can actually get which is slow because the gov decided to roll it out faster moving isnt a option because house prices are expensive and its hard to actually find a house because people bid 50-80k more than asking , only now they are properly doing it so i can get my super speed internet next year unless their are delays

There was no preload for re4r btw I wouldn't get my hopes up sadly.

I am from Poland. Poland have great network speed and quality. Standard network speed and quality in Poland is very high Standard in some place in the world. Like UK for example - i live actually . UK is disaster, i have no plan to buy house or flat here so i moving around flats and rooms. Virgin media UK ( High speed, poor quality) BT (Slow speed , Very good Quality) so i can understand ppl above saying that they have not very well network. I am with you guys.
BTW maybe then not allowe download early for PC to prevent of Craking this same Day.
