why we never get enough bust size slider?

i dont understand why every triple AAA game alwasy give us only small bust size slider we cant even make female with average bust size let alone big bust size and i cant understand why its not like its unrealistic to have big bust sizes? its not like its super sexualized to have big bust size avaible in slider options so i dont understand then why?

The Sims but set in a dark SCIFI Fantasy world, You have zero rights in Kenshi. People will enslave, rob and kill you for a piece of bread.

No Adult actions (Bedtime sparring) though, Mods can't do it properly cause the engine is hard to modify animations. Vehicles only just got added cause the engine is so bad.
