Yes, shoehorning in "diverse" characters while conspicuously forgetting Asian people exist and removing the ability to create short characters in the sequel to appeal to western moral busybodies is woke.

Asians are only included when it's just serendipitous that a Asian character is popular in media, they weren't put there for diversity but the DEI goombas will take credit for it.

Many male gamers dont care about male chars actually from what I researched. Their discord channels are full of nsfw fetish stuff. I wouldnt know what floats their boat tho I am gay lol

I mean I just personally couldnt care less. I don't have a short person or asian fetish I just like making a good looking dude and am happy with it. Anything else is just trivial political crap I ignore and enjoy the game. Much bigger issues to cry about...

Its a medieval fantasy setting(roughly Europe locale), it shouldn't be surprising that there are few if any Asian characters.

I dont judge ppl based on what they type on a game forums. They can write anything because their identity is "hidden" some write to trigger others, some to troll, some to just validate themselves etc etc. People should stop taking things seriously... sadly never gonna happen lol

Considering there is also a desert region (logically africa if you want to generalize) and an absence of anything from eastern culture, it's safe to say this world doesn't have that in this region. In this particular fantasy setting, the dragon is rarely defeated and has wiped out many kingdoms. Perhaps there will be some lore in game that explains the lack of Asian people. There's no point in stomping your feet when it doesn't make sense for this particular world. It doesn't have to follow the rules of real life.

First of all, woke means "to bring attention to a social injustice" according to every legitimate dictionary. YOU are claiming to be woke. Secondly, judging by all the animes in rpgs these days I would say the opposite is true: If anything, Asia is over represented.
