I Think I am going crazy !
so when I create my character there is this weird scar on their chest (heart) I tried everything and I can not remove it !!! HELP

That's the Arisen's scar mark from the dragon removing their heart.

EDIT* It cannot be removed.

It's because the dragon yoinks your heart. Don't worry, PC mods will remove the scar.

Everyone here is wrong!

The scar is the result of a triple heart bypass caused by too much fatty food and not enough exercise.

You're exactly right. I'm old and had a single bypass ten years ago. This is exactly what it looked like.
