The average person doesn't fantasize about young girls in skimpy outfits. Abnormal people are drawn to same, pure and innocent young girls. There are even video games thinly disguised as rpgs right here on steam with such content. Obviously the industry is trying to blur the moral lines, which isn't really surprising these days.
