NVIDIA Tesla T4 is not supported
AtomicInt64OnDescriptorHeapResourceSupported."

Intel Xeon Platinum 8259CL / 16GB Ram
Windows Server 2019 Datacenter 1809
NVIDIA Tesla T4 16GB DX12 Driver 537.13

Every RE Engine titles run smoothly 1080p 60+fps.

This needs to be fixed before official release, it's preventing a lot of people from trying the character creator.

Thank you

Your WDDM is outdated. It doesn't support DX12 Ultimate. Not capcoms fault its your software choice.

Multiple complaints on the first page of the official tech support thread? yes a lot.

That's the only thing that I seem to be lacking. For some reason I don't have access to the latest drivers since the machine is a server I rent on Amazon Web Services. I'll see what I can do. Thanks

3 people complaining is not a lot of people.

Only 3 people right? I see DOZENS today. Clearly this affects NOBODY. Right?
Well the minimum is a 1070 and comparisons suggest the 1070 is better then the T4 so that. The best thing about that card would be the mucho larger vRAM at 16GB and it does seem to support DX12
But if they don't support it they don't support it 🤷

Tesla is more recent and performant than a 1070 and does support DX12 Ultimate.

But yeah it seems to be because of one single instruction that the card doesn't support (AtomicInt64OnDescriptorHeapResourceSupported) hopefully they can work it out.

Thanks for the legit reply tho

I recently fixed this same issue by updating graphics drivers & going through all the WIndows 10 updates (Settings > Update & Security).

This "Laguna" who's been responding to everyone having this issue by saying it's a an issue with the WDDM (windows display driver model) isn't correct as my WDDM version didn't change after the update (2.7, which is as high as it goes for Windows 10).

But there's something that the game expects to see that's part of the update packages. I suspect that the real error is about something else entirely but for whatever reason that's the error we're seeing, which is a pretty common thing to see in the dev world.

Now if the character creator would stop crashing every 5-10 minutes that would be great, but at least it launches now...

Do you actually expect to run this with such a old gpu in 2024? (Maybe not that old, but still since its not even best of its time) You for real? Its not even 1080ti, which was most popular and cost efficient gpu of its time, which is struggling to run many things nowdays. Tesla t4 (actually first time hearing of such gpu) is total trash compared to 1080ti.
Dude, its not games fault, if you cant afford or dont want to upgrade. You need to stop looking at new games and just play old ones.

bro, these replies are so stupid. I expected better from the community. I get needing to upgrade a GPU, but even then every single time a new game comes out and has a "Graphics Card Unsupported" there's a workaround that lets you start the game and I've literally never had issues with any of those games. "iT's 2024" is the most stuck up brat thing to say. The game is at fault for not letting you run it, pure and simple. If it's gonna run like ♥♥♥♥, oh well, let it crash or run like ♥♥♥♥. Doesn't seem to be much different from the normal experience. Sorry to revive an old-ish thead, but don't feel bad about these people.
