The 30 Fps is likely with RT enabled, saw 60 Fps videos for ps5 so there is a performance mode for sure.

No you didn't bro, what you saw was VIDEO uploaded in 60 fps but the game was running at 30fps

Performance on PC will be exceptional. We have DLSS technology which consoles this gen don't have. You can bet the farm that next gen will probably use a nvidia gpu so that they can use frame generation (and no, FSR3 blows ass, so don't bring it up), because it is a game changer and will make consoles stand up so much better to their PC counterpart.

its not about gpu its the cpu, game relies heavly on calculation stuff in the background, npcs and ♥♥♥♥ calculations ps5 cpu are like ryzen 3000 series but worse

4k @30 fps that is impressive for a console with this game. With FSR it wont have issues hitting 60 FPS then (i am guessing).

Low fps is because Nvidia sucks. This has been a problem since the first RTX card and still is.

Don't get me wrong, Nvidia does give you choices. Disable features your card is meant to have, play at higher frame rates for stutters or play at console speeds.

Nvida really needs to replace RTX.
